Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to more countries in the future.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. Whether you order one item or multiple items, you won’t pay any shipping fees.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your Track & Trace number on the following page: track my order



Our processing time is 1–2 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new accessories soon.

Returns


You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reviewing our return policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. To request a return, simply email us and our team will guide you through the process.
